One of a kind, a tiny sanctuary, an imaginary place made real.
This little chapel is a hand fabricated hollow form made from sterling with a steep copper roof, arched doorway and tiny rose window. The dimensional form of the church is about 1 1/2″ high from foundation to the cross shaped steeple, 5/8″ wide by 7/16″ deep and patinated with dark shadows and a brushed finish. Not a flat form, this is like a tiny box. The front of the copper roofline is carefully decorated with tiny silver nuggets. The necklace is about 20″ long, of oxidized silver chain inset with teeny garnets and goldstone beads. The lower portion of the necklace is festooned with a second chain of silver and garnet for a layered appearance.
