many moons pendant with blue satellite

The blue moon is the second full moon appearing within a calendar month. Or some say it’s a third or forth full moon in a given season. Skylore is so complicated.

Here a different story is imagined… moons overlap in positive and negative space with a small blue tourmaline satellite and a couple of tiny gold star-dots.

Slightly less than one inch in diameter, this pendant is the negative space compliment to the fused moon medallion. No planetary remnant shape sits on my bench for long, it gathers complimentary bits and pieces as though gravity is at work, compelling tiny elements to join together and soon a new little skyscape is born.
